Description:

Client has expressed interest in updating or designing a company web site to enhance their online presence and provide additional marketing opportunities.

SUMMARY

Objectives:

1. Provide an easy to use attractive web site that meets the marketing needs of Client.
2. Provide a back office administrative area for the purpose of tracking customer contacts, lists, maintaining FAQs, customer comments and a simple content management program for keeping web pages updated.
3. Develop ____________ web pages as needed.

Pricing:

1. $ _________ one-time activation fee.  Due on acceptance of this proposal.   Incudes:
   1. Purchase of new Domain name or transfer of existing Domain name
   2. First month of temporary hosting services
   3. Complete web layout & design of Client provided graphics and text content
   4. Unlimited support during the first 30 days as the site is being developed
2. $ _________ one time graphics fee for additional images not provided by Client
3. $ _________ monthly maintenance fee.  Due 30 days after acceptance of this proposal and on the 1^st day each month thereafter (1^st month fees may be prorated as needed).    Includes:
   1. Hassel free hosting service and Domain name renewal as needed
   2. Web site maintenance
   3. Up to 1 hour per month of updates, consultation and/or technical support
   4. Additional time may be purchased at the rate of $ _________ per hour
4. $ _________ monthly video hosting fees.

Expectations:

1. Randy Feuilly & Associates
   1. Develop & maintain a web site that meets or exceeds expectations
   2. Provide support & training on use of web site
   3. Complete and load web contents within 30 days
   4. The web design and associated software are the copyrighted property of Randy Feuilly & Associates
   5. Contact with Client as needed for review, tracking and improvement
      
2. Client:  
   1. Provide information & ongoing feedback on needs and expectations for the site
   2. Provide all graphics and web content needed to complete the site in a timely manner
   3. Client guarantees that all graphics and content is the property of the client or that client has permission from the owner of the content for use on this site
   4. Content of all client databases associated with the site are the property of the client
   5. Contact with Randy Feuilly as needed for review, tracking and improvement

3. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
   1. The site will be developed on a temporary hosting site for 30 days
   2. At the end of 30 days the web site is either approved and moved to a permanent hosting site or if not approved a full refund of the activation fee will be issued
   3. After 30 days any refund is limited to the current month maintenance fee

Legal Notice:  Neither Randy Feuilly & Associates nor any of its employees or agents, warrants that the functions contained in the Web Design Project will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Web Design Project is with the Client. In no event will Randy Feuilly & Associates be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God, the Hosting Service or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this Web Design Project, failure of any service provider, of any telecommunications carrier, of the Internet backbone, of any Internet servers, your or your site visitor's computer or Internet software. Any additional work not specified in this contract or any other amendment or modification to this contract must be authorized by a written request signed by both Client and Randy Feuilly and Associates at the prevailing hourly contract rate.

This proposal shall be considered accepted upon payment of Activation Fee and may be terminated at any time with a 30 day written notice by either party if deemed unworkable or impractical with the expectation that all earned fees or refunds will be paid in a timely manner.  Upon termination of this contract a backup of all client web content and data will be transmitted to the client within 30 days.
